Victor Zulu is from the University of Zambia where he is a senior lecturer and researcher in the Department of Clinical Studies at the School of Veterinary Medicine. Victor holds a PhD in Veterinary Medicine from Rakuno Gakuen University in Japan, and an MSc in Tropical Veterinary Medicine from the University of Edinburgh. He has conducted significant research in animal reproduction, as well as ethno-veterinary medicine and disease monitoring. Victor is interested in dealing with ethical problems in veterinary medicine and ensuring that both human and animal biomedical research is conducted ethically at his home institution, the University of Zambia.
